Cheryl Alderdice

As a practitioner, Cheryl combines a variety of modalities in her bodywork to initiate the release of muscle tension, stimulate circulation, and achieve deep relaxation. She is trained in Swedish and deep tissue massage, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Reiki, Oncology massage, and is certified in Prenatal Massage. Cheryl understands the importance of a safe place for clients and of using skilled and compassionate touch as a means for the individual to let go and begin the healing process physically, emotionally and spiritually. Cheryl is the owner of A Calmness Within.
